As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup).

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. If your cleanup is canceled due to weather, you will be provided a credit to your account for a future cleanup.

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

You as a customer are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time, and no auto-renewal will occur.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to accepting automatically recurring charges on to your selected payment method that we have on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

By subscribing to our services, you also agree to allow our service representatives access to your waste receptacle or trash can for the purposes of waste removal. You also agree to allow our service representatives access to your water facilities and an outdoor spigot for the purposes of any purchased deodorization and sanitization service.

At the time of your service, please ensure that your pets are secured in a safe location, and not loose in the area to be serviced. If we can not secure access to your yard due to your pets being present, you will still be charged for the service.
